  • MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "AWAITING FULFILLMENT." WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

    “Awaiting Fulfillment” means that your order is in line to be assembled. We'll get you your Serengetees in no time!

  • HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MY ORDER?

    All Serengetee products are made to order by hand in the sequence upon which they are received. It generally takes under a week for the production of an order. But because Serengetees are custom made, during busy times and sales (when we have larger order influxes) they can take a bit longer to customize and get shipped. The good news is everything is always customized to order and packaged by hand in Los Angeles!

  • I'M HAVING TROUBLE ADDING A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER. WHAT'S UP?

    Please ensure that you are only attempting to apply one promo code to this order and that it meets the requirements of the sale. If you're still having trouble, simply place the order like you normally would without any promo codes, and email us over at ninjas@serengetee.com and we'll process a partial refund for the promotion. 

  • I PLACED AN ORDER USING A PROMO CODE, BUT THE DISCOUNT DIDN'T APPLY. WHAT'S UP?

    Please do NOT place a new, revised order. Instead just send an email our way at ninjas@serengetee.com and we'll apply the promotion/discount. 

  • WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

    We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, which usually takes between 2-5 days to arrive at your doorstep after shipping.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY SERENGETEE ORDER?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a United States Postal Service tracking number attached. Please allow 24-48 hours for the United States Postal Service to update your tracking information.

  • I RECEIVED A "SHIPPED-OUT EMAIL" BUT THE TRACKING HASN'T PROGRESSED. WHAT'S UP?

    Generally, this is because we haven't quite finished up customization on your Serengetees, and are likely in the final stages of production. Not to worry, we'll have your order shipped out as soon as we're finished up with it - likely within the next few days!

  • I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING AND/OR ENTERING MY SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION. WHAT DO I DO?

    Please do NOT place a new correct order. Please email our customer service ninjas over at ninjas@serengetee right away with your order number and the correct order details or address, and we’ll try to make the change before your order is sent out!

  • HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

    All Serengetees are true to size and tend to shrink a bit in the wash. Here is a link to our sizing page: http://serengetee.com/sizing/. 

  • HOW MUCH DO YOUR SHIRTS COST?

    Generally, our shirts range from $22 to $32. Sometimes, when we receive limited edition fabrics that are certain to go extinct, we’ll chalk up the price a bit. Keep in mind that the higher the price the more we are able to give back. Get ‘em while you can!

  • HOW MUCH OF MY PURCHASE GOES BACK?

    With every purchase you make from us, we’ll give 10% of the profits back to the corresponding cause. That way even when you shop, you’re doing something good for the world. This money will go towards supporting the initiatives of the cause and changing lives on a local level. We will be sure to update you on what your money is supporting!

  • WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

    Our fabrics come from a variety of locations all over the world! However, the fabric pockets are cut, stitched, and sewn on to our products right here in the United States at our workshop in the Los Angeles area.

  • HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SERENGETEE PRODUCTS?

    For the best results, wash on a cold cycle and machine dry (regular setting). If you don’t want your shirt to shrink, its best to hang it up to dry naturally. If you want to look extra spiffy, iron the pocket after drying.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?

  • I'M INTERESTED IN APPLYING TO BE A CAMPUS REP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Thanks for your interest! We’re always looking for passionate high school and college students to help spread our brand and mission. We hire new reps right before the start of the Fall and Spring semesters and then again right before the start of the Summer. The best way to keep tabs on our rep program is to keep up with the Serengetee Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Serengetee. This is where we make all announcements, including anything about the application process.
