Best Customer Service
I have to give a shout out to the customer service team (Ana specifically). This necklace got lost in the mail twice. It was very frustrating. The second time I figured, it's just too bad at this point, Serengetee is a business and can't keep sending me things that keep getting lost in the mail. I was wrong! They sent this necklace three times, and the third time was a charm. I wear it EVERY DAY. It's my absolute favorite piece of jewelry that I own. Make sure you do take it off to swim or shower. I also have the rose gold plane ring (LOVE) and it has tarnished some of the rose gold coloring off. Still looks okay though!
